Yoga is a great choice for those that love a little spirituality, relaxing your mind, and leave you feeling refreshed.

Hatha yoga involves fluid movements with breathing to bring peace to the mind and body.

Vinyasa yoga, also known as 'flow' due to the smooth transitions, is a faster pace for a more challenging workout.

Ashtanga yoga is perfect for building core strength and toning the body. 

What To Wear For Your Yoga Class

Yoga classes are all about movement, so you'll want to wear something that allows you to bend, stretch and contort your body into a variety of positions!
