When do my membership add-ons start?
Add-ons will not be effective until we have taken the first direct debit on Bracknell’s opening day.
As a gold results plus founder member, can I have a towel when I go to Farnborough or Basingstoke?
No, your extra privileges will not start until your first payment in December.
When does my cooling off period start?
Your cooling off period will start from your first swipe/visit to the club, whether that be Farnborough, Basingstoke or Bracknell
What if I cancel within my 10 day cooling off period?
From your joining or pro rata payment, a minimum of £15, will not be returned by us and will not be refunded.
How many days in advance can I book a class whilst using Farnborough or Basingstoke?
Founder members will be able to book classes at other sites 5 days in advance.
When will I receive my founder pack?
These will be ready to collect in January, an exact date will be confirmed nearer the time.
What will I receive in my founder pack?
Gym bag, towel, water bottle and a t-shirt.
When do I have to book my free nights hotel stay by?
Your free hotel stay must be taken by 30/9/22, but be booked before 31/3/22.
What are the Off Peak Members Times?
8am- 4pm (Monday-Friday) 12:30-8pm (Weekends)
What are the Peak Members Times?
Gym 24/7 Pool 6am-10pm (Monday-Friday) 8am-8pm (Weekends)
Do I need a padlock for the lockers?
No, your membership band will allow you to use the lockers.
How much discount do I get in the Pub & Grill?
25% off food & drink for all members
How much discount do I get on Hotel Stays?
20% off for all members
Do I have to pay for the car park?
4 hours free (after 4 hours £5 per day)
What are the pool dimensions?
17.5m X 8m and 1.2m deep
Can my child come into the club by themselves, they are on the 14-16 membership?
You will need to be in the club when your child is but you do not need to be doing the same activity as them
Can 14-15 year old members use the pool
Yes but they must come to junior times and be booked by their adult as they won’t be able to book themselves.
How do I access Wifi?
