Hatha yoga combines fluid movements with breathing exercises to bring peace to the mind and body.

Vinyasa yoga, also known as 'flow' thanks to the smooth transition between poses, offers a faster pace for a more challenging workout.

Ashtanga yoga is great for building core strength and toning the body.
