Join us for a high-energy fitness event where you’ll test drive five of the toughest HYROX-style stations — designed to challenge your strength, stamina, and grit. Perfect for anyone looking to experience the intensity of HYROX without the full race format.
You’ll take on: Burpee Broad Jumps, Farmer’s Carry, Sandbag Lunges, Rowing and Ball Thrusters with a 1km bike between each station to keep that heart rate up. No running, just pure effort.

All proceeds go to the Select World Travel Foundation, supporting local charities and families in need — including their 2025 partner MyTime Young Carers, helping young carers aged 5–25.

This is a RACE. You will run 400m between each of these stations solo or 600m between you as a duo.
