How often should i see my personal trainer?

Many of our Manchester Ashton members meet with their Personal Trainer every week, sometimes twice a week, to ensure they stay on track towards achieving their goals.

If you lack motivation and need a little more encouragement, you might choose to meet with your trainer twice every week. If you're happy to crack on with the guidance given on your own, you might only need a weekly personal training session. 

Each Personal Training session lasts for an hour, giving you plenty of time to ask all the questions you need to and get the most out of your gym time.

Group Personal Training

If you prefer to tackle your personal training sessions as a group, round up your buddies or get your colleagues together for a group training session in Ashton Moss.
