The Smart Start program is available to all new members aged 16yrs+.
To help our members get into a regular fitness routine, Smart Start rewards dedication and commitment by encouraging new members to visit Village Gym a minimum 8 times in the first 30 days of membership.
Members who achieve this target are given the choice of one of three rewards:
- A free one-hour PT session
This one-hour Personal Training Voucher is valid only at the local Village Gym that the Member joined. Voucher is non-transferable. A named Personal Trainer can be requested at time of booking your PT session, but is not guaranteed. Once made, a booking cannot be cancelled by the Member or re-scheduled for another time or date. Voucher can only be used once and must be handed into a Village Gym Team Member prior to commencing the PT session. Cannot be taken as two 30-minute sessions. One voucher per person maximum. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer. No cash alternative is available. Reproductions of this voucher will not be accepted. In case of dispute Management’s decision is final.
- Five * One Day Member Guest Passes (train with your friends)
These Guest Passes can be used any day of the year and provide full access. The Guest Passes are only valid at the Village Gym Club to which the Member belongs. Members must accompany guests using these Free Passes. All guests must complete a general health questionnaire before using any Village Gym facilities. If lost or stolen this card and pass cannot be replaced, so please take care of it. Guests may be asked to leave if their behaviour is deemed unacceptable – Management’s decision is final. No cash alternative is available and no change will be given. Reproductions of this voucher will not be accepted.
- A £10 Food & Drink voucher
This £10 Food and Drinks Voucher is valid to use at Village Hotels across the UK. Voucher can only be used once and must be handed into a Village Hotels Team Member prior to settling your bill. One voucher per person maximum. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. No cash alternative is available and no change will be given. Reproductions of this voucher will not be accepted. In case of dispute Management’s decision is final.
