Pilates classes at Village Gym Liverpool are all about movement. Not so much the fast movements you'd see in an aerobic fitness class, more slow and gentle transitions from one position to another.

Using your own bodyweight for resistance, you'll strengthen the back, upper body muscles and core, to improve your strength, balance, posture and overall body tone.
