Our 25-metre indoor heated swimming pool is conveniently located just off the Coryton roundabout, next to Asda Coryton Cardiff Supercentre with easy. As it's outside the centre of Cardiff you will not need to worry about busy traffic and whether you can find a parking space.
The perfect place to take a break from the treadmill and enjoy a water-based workout. Not only will you get your cardio fix but also target all your favourite muscle groups and help with weight loss.
There's also a sauna, steam room and whirlpool spa to ensure you finish your swim with some relaxation time.
