Our 25-metre indoor heated swimming pool is the perfect place to switch up your routine and enjoy a water-based workout in Leeds. We have two gym's perfectly situated in tranquil area's in the North Leeds, just off of Otley Road, and the Capital Boulevard in Morley in the South of Leeds.
With individual swimming lanes for dedicated swimmers, plus off-peak memberships offering quieter times to get your swim done, you'll find time to take a dip when it suits you most.

Our instructor-led Aqua Aerobics class combines a number of aerobic moves in our heated indoor swimming pool, for a full body workout designed to tone, improve stamina and blitz those calories.
Enjoy sessions that include a spot of aqua Zumba, stretch-based water yoga and aqua jogging to get your cardio in check.
