What to expect

Guided by one of our expert instructors, you'll learn valuable strength-building exercises using a combination of barbells, free-weights and a step. 

Starting with a bodyweight warm-up, followed by a series of weighted exercises and finishing with some cool-down stretches, Build is well-rounded, full-body and great for smashing fitness goals!
