As per the name, this workout creates the 'afterburner' effect - a heightened calorie burn for the next 24-36 hours.

BOXXER Blast offers an immersive fitness experience, including boxing moves, weight lifting and cardio using cutting-edge kit.

Tackle twelve 3 minute rounds of cardio, resistance and boxing, led by an instructor and guided by video technology, alongside pumping House music beats. 12 in a class, 4 on each section at a time.

During our Fighting Fit class, you'll be led by both a Village Gym instructor and our cutting edge video tutorial.

We'll cover padwork, boxing drills, kickboxing, Thai boxing, cardio and core for a high energy workout that will tone, improve agility and blast those calories.


HIIT Step is a NEW and innovative 30 minute HIIT exercise class using only bodyweight and a step.

Using the principles of High Intensity Interval, Training, this class is choreographed to bespoke soundtracks created by some of the UK’s top House DJs, HIIT Step is a high energy class that pushes you to new limits.

V Cycle

Take your seats for a fat-torching, cardio boosting indoor cycling workout to tone the glutes, quads and strengthen that core.
