Boxercise began in the UK in 1992, created by boxing coach Andy Wake. His original Boxercise company took the fitness world by storm, gaining over 1.2 million participants in the UK throughout the 90s. Boxercise conquered the world as a generic fitness class and also with personal trainers who started to incorporate pad work into their client sessions.
Our Boxercise classes are designed so that they work for anyone who wants to tone up, improve their cardio fitness and release some tension or anger! It’s a high-intensity workout that combines boxing, cardio and circuits. If you like a little hardcore HIIT, you’re trying to shed a few pounds or you want to improve your Jedi coordination, this class is for you.

Our Boxercise classes include exercises used by professional boxers in order to tone, torch calories and get your adrenaline pumping. But note, it’s not all about throwing punches at your gym buddies!
