Swim

Swimming is great for your whole body. A low impact exercise that builds strength and tones, it’s also a great way to relax after a hard day or an intense work out. Our heated, indoor pools provide the perfect environment for experienced swimmers, casual users and those looking to increase their endurance in the pool.

The whole family can take the plunge at Village Gym as all our clubs have dedicated times for kid’s swimming. Check your local club page for opening times. 

Swimming lessons

Whether you’re an adult or a child looking to take the plunge for the first time, our dedicated team of Swimtime instructors offer small group swimming lessons and one on one lessons. If you choose a one on one lesson, your dedicated swimming instructor will accompany you into the water in order to provide support and guidance, as well as a little encouragement if needed.

Aqua classes

Looking for a low impact group fitness class that’s fun for all levels and abilities? Our water based workouts including Aquafit and Aqua Aerobics are effective for toning while raising your heart rate into the cardio zone. Speak to your local club for more information on the types of pool based group fitness activities available.

Relax

Enjoy our spa facilities including saunas, steam rooms and Whirlpool spas - perfect for some well-deserved rest and relaxation. A sauna after exercising helps to relax tired muscles, increase metabolism and can keep your skin looking younger, for longer. Bonus!
