Whether you’re looking for adult swimming lessons, or swimming lessons for a toddler or baby, our dedicated team of instructors offer small group swimming lessons and one on one lessons.
If you choose a one on one lesson, your dedicated swimming instructor will accompany you into the water in order to provide support and guidance, as well as a little encouragement if needed.
Looking for a low-impact group fitness class that’s fun for all levels and abilities? Our Aqua Aerobics class is effective for toning while raising your heart rate into the cardio zone.
