Aqua Aerobics, sometimes known as AquaFit, Aqua Fitness, Water Aerobics or Aquacise, is a type of resistance training where you follow a series of aerobic moves in our heated indoor swimming pool, for a full body workout designed to tone, improve stamina and burn fat.
Thanks to the added resistance provided by the water, our popular Aqua Aerobics class is perfect for those that want to improve their fitness levels with a low impact workout.
