With premium Technogym kit, a world leading group cycling programme, new functional training area and an expanded free weights area, there are many more exciting things to look forward to when you join our gym in London Watford. 

The gym is now open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for select membership types, so you can work out at a time that suits you.
