Take your seat for Les Mills Sprint, a 30-minute high intensity cycle class, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. 

We’ll combine bursts of intense sprints, working you to your absolute limit, with periods of rest to prepare you for the next stint. You don’t need to be a pro cyclist, but you will need some level of fitness for Les Mills Sprint.  If the intensity is a little too much, feel free to take your first session slowly to find your feet, before you go in full throttle.
