What is Lift N Load?

Lift N Load is a high-energy, circuit-style strength and conditioning class designed to build muscle, sculpt the body, and elevate performance. This class combines plate-loaded machines, bars, resistance bands, and functional training tools to deliver a dynamic full-body workout.

Guided by expert personal trainers, you’ll move through structured stations that challenge strength, stability, and endurance — all while learning smarter ways to lift. With a focus on technique, variation, and progression, every session helps you train with purpose and intensity.

Capacity is limited to 15 participants per class, ensuring personalised coaching and support.

WHO IS THIS CLASS AIMED AT?

This class it suitable for anybody looking to improve their fitness levels! Lift N Load is suitable for:

Beginners who want to learn how to lift safely and effectively

Intermediate and advanced lifters looking to break plateaus and boost performance

Those returning from time away who want to rebuild strength confidently AND anyone who wants to improve functional fitness and overall muscle tone.

What’s the big deal?

This isn’t just your regular kit. This is strength training re-defined.

The LOAD range blends traditional plate-loaded strength gear with variable resistance technology, meaning you’ll benefit from smooth, consistent tension throughout each movement. High-tensile resistance bands integrated into the system ensure your muscles stay engaged through the full range of motion, reducing the “dead-spot” and helping you drive performance.

Built for real functional strength and training versatility, this kit supports everything from pure barbell style lifts to modern conditioning and power-driven workouts.

What this means for your workout: Stronger, smarter lifts, better muscle activation, up-levelled class formats and future-proof training.
