Our Boxing Club is perfect for anyone who wants to tone up, improve their cardio and release some tension. A high intensity cardio class that combines boxing techniques performed by the pros and cardio exercises to get your heart racing. Our classes are suitable for everyone and all fitness levels. Warm-Up
Starting with a structured bodyweight session, we'll get you warmed up ready to unleash your inner beast.
Shadow Boxing and Technique
Pratising shadow boxing, technique and form, focusing on boxing stance, guard, punches, and overall technique.
Boxing and Functional Training Rounds
You'll move through various stations, including heavy bags, Wrecking Ball, speedballs, floor to ceiling ball, footwork as well as one bodyweight and two
functional training areas.
The class is structured into rounds, with each round focusing on different aspects of boxing training (Power, Speed, Skill, Stamina and Precision).
Difficult? No. Challenging on the body? Heck yes. But that’s what you want, for killer triceps, strong shoulders and a full body cardio blast.
Our Boxing Club workouts will push your body for maximum calorie blasting and muscle toning results. If it all gets a little too hot to handle, simply adapt the movements to suit your fitness level.
