BURN HIIT

Our bespoke Burn HIIT class is a high intensity interval training session designed to smash your personal best, add new challenges to your workout and increase endurance.

As per the name, this workout creates the 'afterburner' effect - a heightened calorie burn for the next 24-36 hours.

Tackle Strength, Stamina, Speed, Power, Agility, Core and Tabata.

BURN Aero

If you’re after a workout with variety, you’ll love our BURN Aero fitness class.

A combination of cardio movements, resistance techniques and core exercises for a full body workout.

Throw in motivational music, calorie blitzing reps and the leadership of an expert fitness instructor and our BURN Aero class will have you on your way to a stronger, leaner physique.

HYROX TRAINING

Power up your performance and push beyond limits with HYROX Training – your gateway to functional fitness with purpose. This high-energy class blends strength, endurance, and skill-based conditioning to prepare you for the unique demands of HYROX events.

H20 FIT

Our H2O Fit class is like providing half of the effort for twice the reward. The added resistance created by the density of the water, means you'll get a better workout, that's less impactful on your joints. 

Utilising dance-inspired exercise and stress-busting combat moves, get your fit on to our feel-good playlist. If you're ready to take your fitness to the next level, grab a noodle or water dumbbell for an added challenge.

FIGHTING FIT

Get your boxing gloves on and prepare for a fat-burning, stress relieving fitness class, designed to work the whole body.

During our Fighting Fit class, you'll be led by both a Village Gym instructor and our cutting edge video tutorial.

We'll cover padwork, boxing drills, kickboxing, Thai boxing, cardio and core for a high energy workout that will tone, improve agility and blast those calories.

V Cycle

Take your seats for a fat-torching, cardio boosting indoor cycling workout to tone the glutes, quads and strengthen that core.

Set to pumping tunes including Afro Beats, D&B plus the latest House sounds, this one's sure to get your heart racing and your legs moving!

BOX N' BURN

Get your gloves on for a calorie-blasting, strengthening full body workout.

BOX N ' BURN offers an immersive fitness experience, including boxing moves, weight lifting and cardio using cutting-edge kit.

Tackle twelve 3 minute rounds of cardio, resistance and boxing, led by an instructor and guided by video technology, alongside pumping House music beats. 12 in a class, 4 on each section at a time.

 

BUILD

Tackle a hard-hitting and highly motivational 45 minute class centered around lifting, overload and quality failure to sculpt a strong, muscular physique.

Fine tune the moves, grasp the principles and push physical limits, with added nutritional advice for stronger gains.

AIR

Take your training outside and elevate your game with AIR – the ultimate outdoor bootcamp-style workout that blends fresh air with fierce fitness.

From bodyweight burners to strength circuits and cardio blasts, AIR delivers a full-body sweat session designed to build grit, burn calories, and boost functional fitness.

reformer pilates

Strengthen, lengthen, and transform your body with Reformer Pilates – a low-impact, high-results workout that targets every muscle with precision and control.
