Head outdoor for a military style bootcamp for the ultimate bodyweight training session. Prepare for drills, lots of reps and functional techniques for a total body workout.
MILITARY FITNESS TESTS
Crank out those reps, tackle a bleep test, the medicine ball throw, the mid thigh pull and plenty of military fitness tests to experience how our Armed Forces stays ahead of the game.
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
Get into functional fitness, with TRX, Kettlebells, Bosu Balls, Power Bags or Battle Ropes. We'll be running a number of functional sessions throughout the day to keep your strength game strong.
EXTRA CLASSES
Get set for a timetables crammed with extra classes, to ensure you sample something a little different to the norm.
Our Fitness Instructors will be kitted out in their military attire, ready to get you moving!
PT SESSIONS
If you need a little leadership, our Personal Trainers are on hand to offer taster sessions of our support services. Get to grips with the kit, take a Health Check or plan out that shiny new fitness regime.
