HOW IT WORKS

Ready to push your limits and give back while doing it?

Join us for a high-energy fitness event where you’ll test drive five of the toughest HYROX-style stations — designed to challenge your strength, stamina, and grit. Perfect for anyone looking to experience the intensity of HYROX without the full race format.

You’ll take on: Burpee Broad Jumps, Farmer’s Carry, Sandbag Lunges, Rowing and Ball Thrusters with a 1km bike between each station to keep that heart rate up. No running, just pure effort.

All proceeds go to the Select World Travel Foundation, supporting local charities and families in need — including their 2025 partner MyTime Young Carers, helping young carers aged 5–25.

THE CHALLENGES

Tackle these tests of strength, endurance and speed.

A dedicated marshall will verify and record your final challenge time. Take it on solo or put your best people forward for a team effort. We'll record your time to complete.

This is a RACE. You will run 400m between each of these stations solo or 600m between you as a duo.
