Swap spreadsheets for serves with our action-packed Padel Team Days! Perfect for 8–40 people, enjoy mini tournaments, expert coaching, and optional drinks and food packages. It’s team bonding with a twist—fun, fast, and unforgettable.

CARDIO PADEL

Get your heart racing with our Cardio Padel class—led by an instructor, set to pumping beats, and packed with high-energy drills that mix padel, fitness, and tennis-style training. It’s fast, fun, and guaranteed to leave you sweaty, smiling, and seriously fired up.

Sweat. Smash. Repeat.

FOR THE YOUNG ONES

Drop them off, we’ll do the rest! Every Saturday morning, kids get active, coached, and confident on the court with fun, structured padel sessions. Book in 8–10 week blocks and let them learn, play, and burn off some serious energy—while you enjoy your morning off!

1:1 COACHING

Like PT, but with a racket. Our 1:1 coaching sessions are perfect for sharpening technique, training for a tournament, or using padel as a fun, dynamic cardio boost. Tailored to your goals and available at an additional cost, it’s your fast track to levelling up on the court.

SOCIAL EVENINGS

New to padel? Come along to our relaxed, social evenings - perfect for beginners! Learn the basics, meet new people, and enjoy a fun, friendly intro to the sport. No pressure, just good vibes, light coaching, and plenty of laughs on (and off) the court.

NIGHT LIFE

A weekly hit-out for regular and advanced players with up to 20 spots, just £5 each (TBC). Expect laid-back matches, good vibes, and a chance to meet fellow padel lovers. Think: the fun of our corporate days, but smaller and more social. Members only to start, so bring your A-game and your chat.

GROUP INDUCTIONS

Welcome aboard! Our new member sessions are the perfect way to learn the ropes, meet fellow players, and get plenty of court time to sharpen your swing. Build confidence, find your crew, and start playing regularly from day one.

Padel took off in Spain—where it now outranks tennis—and thanks to some obsessed celebs and footballers, it’s gone global. It’s easy to learn, super social (always played in doubles), and the smaller court with bouncy glass walls means longer rallies and nonstop action.

You’ll boost agility, coordination, and cardio without even realising you’re working out because you're too busy laughing and lunging. It makes fitness feel like play… and who doesn’t want more of that?

 

LET'S GET STARTED

Padel is always played in doubles on an enclosed court, where the ball can bounce off the glass walls and still be in play (yep, it’s as fun as it sounds). You serve underarm, the ball has to bounce once before hitting the walls, and points are scored just like tennis. It's fast-paced, reactive, and full of sneaky angles and hilarious rebounds.
