For answers to any queries on your vouchers please speak to the team on club reception who will assist.

We understand that you're keen to know when you'll receive them, however any queries sent via email or social media will be subject to a response time of up to 14 days. We apologise for the wait and thank you for your patience.

MEMBERS RECEIVING VOUCHERS VIA EMAIL

If members qualify for vouchers sent monthly via email, it is the members responsibility to ensure that the correct email address is held within their members account. To check this, log online. Or if you do not yet have an online account you can activate it via our login. If you cannot create an online account, please speak to the team at Leisure Club Reception who will assist you.

Please note that we can only issue these vouchers via email - we cannot print and deliver to members across the UK. 

If a members email address is inaccurate / misspelt and the voucher is not received, we are not eligible to resend a new voucher. So please check your membership contact details in club or via the website.

If a member falls into arrears, or freezes their membership, then the next set of vouchers will not be issued until arrears are cleared or the membership is unfrozen.

Please note that vouchers will not be back-dated to cover the arrears/frozen period.

ONE NIGHT STAY FOR TWO

One night stay on a room only basis in a standard double room - based on 2 people sharing.

Rooms are bookable from 17th May 2021

All optional extras will be chargeable.

It is valid for stays Thursday, Friday or Sunday only and subject to availability and black out dates.

The following date exclusions apply; any bank holidays, Valentines Day, Christmas Day, New Years Eve or New Year's Day.

Please have a selection of dates to choose from when making your booking.

When making the booking reservation online at village-hotels.com you must enter the promotion code sent via email (or upon your printed voucher). The offer cannot be booked directly with the hotel.

The free night stay must be booked before 30th March 2022 for stays until 31st March 2022.

You must be a current Village Gym member (and show your card).

You will need to present your voucher when you check into the hotel on your day of arrival. Failure to do so will result in your room being charged to you at the current room rate of the day.

This Offer is not transferable or assignable. Lost Vouchers cannot be replaced. Voucher has no alternative cash value.

Standard Terms for Hotel Stays 

  • This Offer will expire at the time stated.  If it is not booked or used during this time it will expire. 
  • Your account must not be suspended, frozen or in arrears at the time you use this Voucher.   If it is you will not be entitled to the benefit of this Offer.  
  • This Offer cannot be claimed or used in conjunction with any other promotion or discounted products.
  • This Offer can only be used once. 
  • This Offer is not transferable or assignable to anybody else. 
  • Lost Vouchers cannot be replaced.  
  • The Offer has no alternative cash value.

This Offer can be withdrawn or modified at any time at the sole direction of Village or the Hotel.  This may include restrictions on the days of the week that bookings can be accepted, changes to the booking window, or limitations on the Hotels participating in this promotion.

 

FREE NHS/ARMED FORCES LUNCH VOUCHER


Valid for one free main dish from the Pub & Grill menu. Drinks​, Steaks ​and Desserts​ ​are excluded.

Offer ends: 31st May 2021

Meal must be taken at lunchtime, between 12.00 and 3.00pm, on any day of the week. Maximum group size is 4. Voucher must be signed and dated by the Village Gym Leisure Club Manager - otherwise it is invalid.

You must produce proof of your employment by the NHS, Emergency Services or British Armed Forces when presenting your Village Free Lunch Voucher.

Voucher must be used within 30 days of issue. Promotion excludes current Village Gym members and Staff. Vouchers are non-transferable and non-assignable.

Lost Vouchers cannot be replaced. No change will be given when the Village Voucher is used. Voucher has no alternative cash value. Reproductions will not be accepted and will be challenged.

STARBUCKS VOUCHERS

Please make sure you present your Starbucks Voucher to a Team Member when placing your order and making your purchase. Starbucks Voucher will taken by the team member - it cannot be used on more than one occasion.
A minimum spend of £5 is required to redeem the voucher.

Starbucks Voucher only valid at Village Hotel locations.

Offers cannot be claimed or used in conjunction with any other promotion or discounted products.

PUB & GRILL VOUCHERS

Offer applies to main courses in the Village Pub and Grill or Buca di Beppo (available at selected Village Hotel sites). Excludes Starbucks.

The cost of the lowest priced meal will be deducted from the total bill.

Minimum 2 people dining. Maximum of 4 people can use one voucher.

Voucher can only be used once and must be handed into a Village team member up on ordering.

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.

Voucher has no cash value.

Only one voucher will be accepted per transaction.

No change given and no reproductions of the voucher will be accepted.

Cannot be used to cover payment during any Village Hotel Christmas or New Year’s Eve events.

7 DAY GUEST PASS VOUCHER

Pass is valid for 7 consecutive days.

Pass provides peak and off-peak access to gym floor, swimming pool and classes – please note that places are subject to availability and priority is given to members.

24/7 access is not included for Pass Holders.

Must be a minimum of 18 years old. Proof of ID/address is required along with proof of age if under 25.

Pass is non-transferable and non-refundable.

You must complete a General Health Questionnaire prior to using facilities.

There is a charge for towel use.

If you want to use a locker please bring a minimum £5 deposit and we will issue you with a wristband or padlock.

Club Management’s decision to admit or deny a Pass holder is final.

The Leisure Club Manager will at their sole discretion terminate a pass or temporary membership card should a serious or repeated breach of Club rules and conduct occur. In such circumstances the Pass Holder will also be banned from gaining access on another date by using either a Paid or Free Pass.

OPTIMUM NUTRITION CREDIT

A £5 ON Nutrition credit will be applied to select members accounts every month for 10 months (Total £50 credit).

You can use only one ON Nutrition £5 credit per calendar month

ON Nutrition credit can only be used for one transaction and must be used to purchase ON Nutrition products.

You must be a current adult member of Village Gym during the month that you are redeeming each credit.

Your account must not be suspended, frozen or in arrears at the time. If it is you will not be entitled to the benefit of this credit.

Offer cannot be claimed or used in conjunction with any other promotion or discounted products.

Credit is non-transferable and non-assignable to anybody else.

Unclaimed credit cannot be rolled-over into another month.

No change will be given when the credit is used. This means you must spend the full value of the credit in each transaction. If the transaction is more than the value of the credit you must pay the difference. If it is less than the credit value no change will be given.

The ON Nutrition credit has no alternative cash value. This offer can be withdrawn or modified at any time at the sole direction of Village or the Hotel.
