How Does A CXWORX class go?

Your Basingstoke CXWORX class is 30 minutes of fitness fun. You'll complete a number of exercises using resistance tubes and weights, plus some great bodyweight exercises to tone the abs and back.

All of the exercises can be modified to suit your fitness level, and you'll have the expertise and watchful eye of your Village Gym instructor to help you perfect your technique.

There'll be a warm up, a series of core exercises to work the abs and back and a cool down to finish.

CXWORX KIt

During your Basingstoke CXWORX class, you'll get to grips with using a resistance band. If you haven't used one before, fear not, your Village Gym instructor will show you how it works.

Wrapping the band around your body, you'll perform a number of different exercises to add more resistance as you work key muscles.

Expect to tackle squats, lunges, biceps curls, and shoulder rows, engaging the core all the way through to firm up the abs and back.
