New to Step Aerobics?
No problem. Your Village Gym instructor will take you through all of the basic step exercises to help you find your feet.
If you find our step workout too challenging, you can lower the height of your step, ensuring you still get a great toning session, without over-exerting yourself during your first class.
If you have knee pain or a knee joint injury, our Step Aerobics class could put extra pressure on the knees. So we always recommend asking your GP or physiotherapist before you step into our fitness class.
You can always enjoy our Step Aerobics class in Basingstoke without the step! Your instructor will show you some basic moves that will give you similar leg strengthening benefits, without the impact on your knees.
