Throughout this holistic exercise class, we’ll work on your flexibility, through bending and stretching using a number of yoga moves, plus elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is key, so our expert fitness instructors will coach you on breathing technique to get the very best from your BodyBalance workout.
