Our Zumba Classes

Our Bristol Zumba classes are led by expert dance instructors, to the latest dance tunes. In 60 minutes, you'll throw shapes inspired by samba, mambo and salsa. 

A great full body cardio workout, our Bristol based Zumba class is a great way to blast the calories whilst perfecting your dance moves!

Who Will Love Zumba

Zumba is one of those fitness classes that really does fit all! Perfect for class newcomers, thanks to the easy-to-learn steps, as well as advanced studio bunnies looking for a different style of workout!

No dance experience is necessary, just a load of enthusiasm! Many of our older Bristol Gym members enjoy Zumba for a full body workout without the high impact (great for protecting the joints!)

What To Wear For Your Zumba Class

Zumba classes are all about dance! So you'll want to wear something that allows you to move, shake and get on down!

We've outlined a few pointers to put together the perfect workout wardrobe to ensure you hit our Bristol Zumba studio dressed for the occasion.

Two Left Feet?

You don’t need to be an amazing dancer to zumba. Their motto is “Ditch the Workout, Join the Party.” So no dance experience is required, just a love of great music and a sense of fun! 

Zumba Styles

Zumba features moves from a number of Latin dances including samba, mambo and salsa, belly-dancing, hip-hop and martial arts, all set to a soundtrack of upbeat Latin music to get those hips swaying!

Think of it as one big dance party, and just let yourself move!

Zumba Target Hot Spots

Core Using the hips and stomach muscles to strengthen the core.

Legs Prepare for jumps and lunges to work the quads and hamstrings.

Glutes You’ll feel the burn in your buns while you zumba yourself fit.
