You’ll Zumba your way through a body toning, core strengthening cardio workout that targets every major muscle group in the body, improving flexibility and boosting your energy levels.

Our Zumba Classes

Our Bristol Zumba classes are led by expert dance instructors, to the latest dance tunes. In 60 minutes, you'll throw shapes inspired by samba, mambo and salsa.

No dance experience is necessary, just a load of enthusiasm! Many of our older Bristol Gym members enjoy Zumba for a full body workout without the high impact (great for protecting the joints!)

What To Wear For Your Zumba Class

Zumba classes are all about dance! So you'll want to wear something that allows you to move, shake and get on down!

Zumba Styles

Zumba features moves from a number of Latin dances including samba, mambo and salsa, belly-dancing, hip-hop and martial arts, all set to a soundtrack of upbeat Latin music to get those hips swaying!

Think of it as one big dance party, and just let yourself move!

Two left feet?

You don’t need to be an amazing dancer to zumba. Their motto is “Ditch the Workout, Join the Party.” So no dance experience is required, just a love of great music and a sense of fun!
