Your first personal training session

During your first PT session in Bristol, your Personal Trainer will watch you perform a few exercises so that they can assess your fitness levels. This gives our trainers a good insight into your strength, stamina and what gets you motivated. We will create a fitness plan based on what your body is capable of, ensuring we push you just enough to see results. We'll also delve into your current lifestyle and consider how much time you have to dedicate to your fitness programme. Then, we can be sure your goals are well within reach.

How Often Should I See My PT?

Many of our Bristol personal training clients meet with their Personal Trainer every week, sometimes two or three times a week. If you lack motivation and need a little more encouragement, you may want to meet with your trainer twice weekly. If you're happy to put your fitness plan into practice on your own, you might choose to meet your PT just once a week. Each Personal Training session lasts for an hour, giving you plenty of time to ask all the questions you need to and get the most out of your gym time.
