As standard, you’ll kick things off with a run. Then you'll tackle a host of functional fitness stations, which include Ski, Lunges, Rows, Burpees, Farmer's Carries, finishing off with Ball Thrusters. Each station separated with a 200m run. So, lace up and get that sprint on!
