The fastest way to upgrade your membership is to visit your online account at www.villagegym.co.uk/login. Choose Menu in the top left of the screen and then My Account.
Your username will be the email address you have registered with us on your membership account
Please use the appropriate form in the My Account area.
If you have previously chosen to put your membership on hold [freeze], please add your unfreeze date below and we will take care of the rest.
You will receive a separate email confirming the unfreeze details that will include when next fees are due.
In requesting this unfreeze, you are agreeing that your direct debit instruction will be reinstated [if in a cancelled state].
Please note if you unfreeze after 27th of the month, it will be too late to collect your next month fees by direct debit and these will need to be paid on your next visit to the club. However, if you miss that opportunity to pay in club, the next month fees will be collected along with your normal subscription fees the month after that.

Please note that you cannot downgrade your membership whilst you are still within your commitment term. This can be viewed via your online account as described above or a member of the support team can help you if you request us to contact you.
This will be actioned in line with the terms & conditions of your agreement. It can only be actioned from the 1st of the following month if requested before the 20th of the month.
Please note that choosing to upgrade/downgrade to a results type membership will attract a more favourable rate but comes with a 12 month commitment term.
