By upgrading your Membership to Black Card you can book up to 10 days in advance.
Hotel Guests and Village Gym Guest Pass holders can request to attend a class on the day. Village Gym Members will, however, be given priority.
Day Passes purchased on third party websites such as Hussle, Groupon or Wowcher, for example, cannot attend group exercise classes unless indicated in the appropriate Terms & Conditions.
The following rules are designed to encourage good class booking etiquette and to ensure that all our members have a fair chance to book into their favourite classes.
Booking rights may be restricted for failure to attend classes that are pre-booked. In this event the member will be allowed to book on the day of the class, no sooner.
Persistent failure to attend booked classes may result in the offending member’s booking rights being removed altogether.
Every month, we will publish a unique code that can be used by Village Gym members to get 20% off a hotel room booking. For the rate to be honoured a valid Village Gym Membership card must be presented on check in. If you are not a Village Gym member then the best available rate for that day will be charged. Offer and room type is subject to availability. Cannot be used in conjunction with another offer. Excludes Bank Holidays. Modification Information: Reservations cannot be amended.
A valid Village Gym Membership card must be presented when ordering food and drinks at the Village Pub & Grill to qualify for this discount.
This 25% discount is available 7 days a week and will be applied to the total bill in the restaurant, Village Pub & Grill, or at a special event in the inspiration suite. For each individual order placed, a maximum of 6 guests who are dining can claim this discount.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
Excludes key dates including Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
Village Rewards are available to Village Gym Members aged 18 and over. Members gain access to exclusive discounts from leading retail, travel and entertainment Brands.
The Brand partners and the level of discounts on offer are subject to change at any time. This is a discretionary and additional member benefit, and is not a material part of any Member’s contract.
Members will no longer be able to receive these benefits if they terminate their contract. These benefits also cannot be accessed during periods of membership suspension.
Member Benefits and Village Rewards are not accessible to members who are on freeze or suspension.

TOWEL HIRE
Towel Hire bolt on grants the hire of 1 x Towel on each visit to the club. Towels must be returned at the end of each use and must not leave Village Gym.
MULTI-CLUB ACCESS
Multi-Club bolt-on grants access to clubs within the same banding as your home club as well as those in a lower banding. For access to high banded clubs an additional premium would be due: an additional £5 to move up one banding and an additional £10 to move up two. Aberdeen, Eastleigh, Bracknell & Watford clubs are excluded from the banding system, you must be a member of these clubs to use them. In any given month, your home club must represent 50%+ of your visits.

Advance Booking bolt on grants an additional 3 days priority booking over standard memberships; 10 days in advance in total. Advance booking bolt on does not guarantee spaces will always be available on group exercise classes. Prices vary by club, as follows:

On Demand bolt on grants access to Village OnDemand workouts and classes via the Village Gym App.
VWORKS PASSES
VWorks bolt on grants 4 x 1 day passes to VWorks per month. Please note, not all Village Hotels have a VWorks on site. Opening hours may vary by hotel, please be aware.
VILLAGE PLUS BUNDLES
Village Plus bundles combine two or more add-ons together, with a saving to be made for doing so. Get our VIP bundle to access all perks. Travel & VIP bundles grants use of all Village Gym Clubs excluding Aberdeen, Watford & Eastleigh
Black Card upgrades are no longer available, however these T&Cs apply to current Black Card holders.
