What does personal training involve?

Think of your Personal Trainer as your tutor, your motivator and your spotter.

After an in-depth consultation on your current lifestyle, and assessment of your fitness levels, your trainer will create an exercise plan for you to stick to each time you visit the gym.

He or she will monitor your technique, challenge you to push yourself and educate you on how best to use the equipment in order to maximise results.

How Often Should I See My PT?

Many of our Aberdeen Personal Training clients meet with their Personal Trainer every week, sometimes twice a week, to ensure they are on target towards achieving their goals.

If you lack motivation and need a little more encouragement, you may want to meet with your trainer twice weekly. If you're happy to put your fitness plan into practice on your own, you might choose to meet your PT just once a week. 

Each Personal Training session lasts for an hour, giving you plenty of time to ask all the questions you need to and get the most out of your gym time.
