Your first personal training session

During your first personal training session in our Glasgow gym, your Personal Trainer will watch you perform a few exercises so that they can assess your fitness levels. They will then create a fitness plan based on what your body is capable of, ensuring we push you just enough to see results. We'll also ask you about your lifestyle and consider how much time you have to dedicate to your fitness programme.
