Our Yoga classes at Village Gym Bristol involve a combination of physical and mental exercises to help improve your posture, strength and flexibility.

Can Yoga Help With Weight Loss?

If weight loss is your goal, choose a yoga class that will get your heart pumping, such as Vinyasa or Ashtanga.

A yoga class with plenty of movement involved and that makes you sweat is best for helping you to lose weight. 

 

Can Yoga Build Muscle?

Yep. You don't need to lift weights to build muscle and add definition. Several of the yoga poses you'll practice at Village Gym Bristol are designed to break down muscle fibers by creating tension.
