A common question for beginners is about what you should wear to your first Zumba class. Zumba is about sweating out calories using fun and engaging dance moves, so you’ll need to dress appropriately for the occasion.
Light fabrics such as cotton or mesh are ideal, with comfy shoes that provide plenty of support to the sole of your foot. Try to find shoes without laces, or if you can’t, be sure to tie them tight (with a double knot if needed) to ensure they stay where they are meant to!
