What is Zumba?

Zumba is a high-energy, Latin-inspired dance fitness workout that blends cardio, muscle conditioning, and balance. It's often described as a "fitness party" because it prioritises fun and rhythm over the rigid structure of traditional gym workouts.

You don't need previous dance experience, the steps are designed so anyone can follow along, regardless of fitness level.

What To Wear For Your Zumba Class

When dressing for a Zumba class, comfort, functionality, and style are all important. However, good style should never come before comfort and functionality.

You should aim to wear lightweight, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely.
