Most of the exercises can be adapted to avoid discomfort, and you're free to go at your own pace.

Circuit Training vs. HIIT

What's the difference?

Circuit training involves going straight into one exercise after another. There'll be lots of different exercises with no time for rest.

During a HIIT workout, you'll perform exercises at full pace, with intervals of rest. Say, one minute of exercise, followed by one minute of rest.

Both are great options for boosting your cardio fitness, improving endurance and blitzing fat.

Circuit Training To Build Muscle

Keen to add muscle strength?

Our Manchester Ashton circuit workout involves a mixture of exercises in order to target a wide range of muscles. This is a great way to increase your body’s muscular endurance and power.
