FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Functional training not only helps with weight loss, muscle toning and strength, but is designed to make every day movements that bit easier.
So whilst you’re just getting started on that fitness routine, get to grips with Kettlebells, PowerBags and Bosu Balls, just some of our functional kit.

Think of your Personal Trainer as your tutor, your motivator and your spotter.
After an in-depth consultation on your current lifestyle, and assessment of your fitness levels, your trainer will create an exercise plan, monitor your technique and educate you on how best to use the kit in our Newcastle club, to maximise results.
