PT FOR WEIGHT LOSS

Our Wirral personal trainers have been selected based on their proven experience in helping their clients tone up and slim down. Weight loss is a slow burn goal, so we won’t overpromise what we can’t deliver, but you can be sure we’ll do what it takes to get you there! We’ll assess your fitness, create a plan to torch excess fat & continue to monitor your progress to ensure we’re maximising your weight loss opportunities.

WHAT DOES PERSONAL TRAINING INVOLVE?

Think of your personal trainer as your teacher, your support and your spotter - we’re basically your gym bestie! Following an in-depth consultation on your current lifestyle, and assessment of your fitness level, your trainer will create an exclusive exercise plan for you to complete every time you enter the gym. We will challenge you, monitor you and educate you on how to best use our equipment in order to maximise your results.

How often should I see my PT?

Many of our Wirral clients meet with their personal trainer at least once a week, sometimes twice or even three times, it really depends on you. We’re happy to meet you when you need us! If you lack a little confidence, motivation or need that extra push, you may want to see your trainer twice weekly until you feel ready to ride solo. And if you’re happy to jump into your plan on your own, one session a week with your PT will suffice.

PERSONAL TRAINING for groups

Ditch the computer at lunch and enjoy a killer group personal training session with your work mates!We all love a bit of healthy competition and working with your besties will keep you motivated. Our Wirral personal trainers love working with small groups, educating them on how to reach their individual goals, whilst working out as a team. Plus, new mums love getting together at the gym for a sociable workout, where our trainers give them the motivational push they need!

Over 55s Personal Training

Our Wirral fitness fanatics know there is no age limit when it comes to staying in tip top shape! Your personal trainer will create a plan that can help ease back pain symptoms, stiff joints and help to make everyday movements such as stretching and bending much easier. Older Wirral members have found that personal training has helped with a number of ailments including slow digestion, diabetes, osteoporosis, joint pains and sleeping patterns.
