Ever fancied having a personalised fitness plan right at your fingertips? Meet the Technogym Checkup Machine — an advanced fitness assessment tool that analyses both your physical and cognitive health. 

It measures key indicators such as mobility, balance, body composition, and cognitive performance to determine your wellness age and create a tailored training program.

Using this data, the Technogym AI Coach designs customised workouts to help you reach your goals more effectively. It’s easy to get started: 

How to Use 

1. Log in. Use your gym card, wristband, or Technogym app to log in. If you’re not sure how, just ask someone, it takes two seconds.

2. Follow the instructions on screen. The CheckUp will guide you through a few basic tests. Nothing too wild — we’re talking things like: Reaching and stretching, Standing still on one leg, A quick grip strength test, Stepping on and off to measure your body comp and A couple of fast finger-tap games (weirdly fun). Just go at your own pace, the machine explains everything as you go.

3. See your results. After the tests, you’ll get your results straight away. You’ll see your Wellness Age, your strengths, and where you might want to improve.

4. Get your personalised plan. Based on how you did, it’ll suggest exercises or workouts that are tailored to you. You can view these in the Technogym app and use them around the gym.

How to Use:

  1. Choose a workout or class from the display.

  2. Adjust the bike settings for comfort.

  3. Follow the instructor's guidance during the session.

  4. Review your performance metrics post-workout.

4. SkiErg Machine

The SkiErg is a full-body, low-impact machine that mimics cross-country skiing movements. It engages arms, shoulders, back, core, and legs, offering a cardiovascular workout that also builds strength and endurance.

How to Use:

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.

  2. Grip the handles above your head.
