Lift N’ Load mixes circuit style training with focused strength work, creating a full body workout that’s challenging, motivating and most importantly, effective. Each session is designed to keep you moving with purpose, using a combination of plate loaded machines, bars, resistance bands and functional training equipment. This isn’t your standard strength class, either. Lift N’ Load uses the innovative LOAD range, which blends traditional plate loaded equipment with variable resistance technology. In simple terms, that means smoother reps, more consistent tension and better muscle engagement from start to finish. Resistance bands are added into key movements to keep muscles working through the full range of motion, making sure that every rep counts.
