Exclusive to Village Gym, our BURN fitness class offers a high intensity interval training workout. The aim is to keep smashing your personal best, increase your endurance and keep your workouts exciting.
Our BURN class features 7 different elements including Strength, Stamina, Speed, Power, Agility, Core and Tabata... plenty to keep your motivation levels high and your body challenged!
Our popular weights area has been relocated and made even larger, with cleverly designed smash tile flooring that helps with noise reduction and shock absorption... because we've all dropped a dumbbell or two!
You'll find plenty of free weights plus functional training equipment including slam balls, farmers walk bars, sleds, atlas stones and wreck bags.
CRANKING UP OUR CARDIO
Our cardio area has been moved to make more space for the array of brand new kit, including Skill Runs, Skill Rows, Skill Bikes and Climbs.
Each machine is positioned to offer a better view of the gym floor, so that you can keep your eye on that bit of kit you're waiting for, or clearly see your MyZone stats on our TV screens.
We've replaced some of our older kit with brand new state-of-the-art cardio machines, so that you get the very best from your workout.
We've installed brand new TVs on the gym floor, to ensure you can keep your eye on your MyZone stats, check out fellow member's performance and keep up to date with all the action on Sky Sports.
