Our post natal pilates class will give you a low intenity cardio workout, that will get your heart rate up, without burning you out. It's recommended to work your way back into your fitness plan slowly, to avoid the risk of injury. So pilates classes are a great way to get started.

Our post natal pilates class focusses on strengthening the core muscles, including straightening up the spine. By working your core, you'll alleviate back pain caused by carrying additional weight, plus correct poor posture, making you walk, carry and bend much easier.

Many of the movements you'll practise in our pilates classes will encourage you to work the pelvic floor muscles, adding strength and reducing the risk of incontinence.
