Combat and cocktails, yes, you heard it correctly!

Body Combat is packed with a variety of martial arts disciplines, including Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, and Kung Fu. But don't worry, no prior experience is required – our instructors will guide you through each movement.

Get ready to unleash powerful sets of hooks, jabs, uppercuts, kicks, and high knees that will have you breaking a sweat! On Top of that, expect some functional training exercises such as lunges, squats, and push-ups to further enhance your strength and endurance.
