I like... low impact workouts that don't leave me exhausted!

BodyBalance is a yoga-based fitness class that features moves inspired by pilates and tai chi. 

Great for senior members looking for a low impact workout, pregnant women who need a lighter form of fitness, and anyone keen to stretch their way to a sleeker physique. 

Barre is one of Les Mills' latest trending classes, taking inspiration from traditional ballet and turning it into a full body toning session. 

Dance

I like... pumping tunes and dancing like no-one's watching!

BodyJam by Les Mills is the ultimate fitness class for dance fans in need of a cardio workout. Great for toning the legs, thighs and getting that butt perky!

Sh'Bam is fun. Like, super fun. All of your favourite dance tunes, sassy moves and lots of smiles. Like a typical Saturday night with your friends... just in the fitness studio!

Aerobics

I like... loads of variety, something to keep me motivated and great music.

BodyAttack is a killer cardio workout featuring athletic movements such as running, lunging and jumping, plus strength exercises like push-ups and squats, for a total body workout you’ll love.

Les Mills BodyPump will certainly shake up any humdrum workout! Using a range of varying weights and plenty of repetition, our BodyPump group fitness class can blitz up to 540 calories.

Moving to your favourite dance tunes, you'll pump those barbells for a more toned upper body and stronger core.  BodyPump is popular amongst our members thanks to the 'rep effect'... keeping your body burning calories long after you leave the studio. Great for helping with weight loss goals!

Core

Tone by Les Mills combines strength training, cardio work and core-busting exercises that will torch fat and get your heart pumping. In just 45 minutes, you'll be on your way to better balance, flexibility, agility and core strength. 

Our CXWORX class by Les Mills are designed to target the abs and back, giving you a stronger body and better muscle tone. 

During our 30-minute class, your Les Mills-trained instructors will take you through various core exercise techniques using resistance equipment and weight plates.

Expect plenty of bodyweight exercises such as crunches and hovers to get those core muscles working and strengthen those abs!

Our CXWORX class features a variety of exercises that both isolate and integrate muscles in your abs, back and butt.

Cycle

I like... to spin, sprint and pedal my way to a fitter physique.

Our group cycling (or spinning) classes range from classic indoor cycling workouts, to RPM and Sprint from Les Mills, plus the cutting-edge immersive cycling experience, The Trip.

HIIT training fans will love Les Mills Sprint, combining intense sprints with brief resting periods for maximum calorie burn.

RPM by Les Mills is ideal for members looking for a fun, low impact workout. You control the intensity, so it’s a great choice for new members and older adults.

The Trip by Les Mills is an immersive group cycling experience that will see you ride through a digital world of undewater caves and snow-peaked mountains. 

Available only in a handful of fitness clubs around the world, The Trip is available at selected Village Gyms, but you can try a virtual version of The Trip at your local Club.
