In March 2018 Village Gyms introduced Les Mills TONE to our timetables.

Les Mills TONE is fun, accessible to all and most of all packs multiple benefits!

Members who previously enjoyed BODYVIVE 3.1, will love LM TONE, devised from the foundations of BODYVIVE and featuring a number of similarities in style.Let TONE lead you to new challenges! For new participants, this is the perfect class to get you started in the studio.


Les Mills listened to your global feedback and heard your desire for a modern training experience.

A mix of cardio, resistance and core while playing with different training concepts to ensure everyone gets the best results from their workouts.

If you want the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core exercises, this is it. Step into a LES MILLS TONE class and you’ll tick off a complete workout in 45 minutes.

The challenging mix of lunges, squats, functional training and tubing exercises will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level.

What do I need for a LES MILLS TONE class?

All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel. A resistance tube and weight plates will be supplied.

How fit do I need to be?

LES MILLS TONE offers options for all fitness levels. So you don’t need to be fit, just keen to get fitter. You’ll find your fitness, strength and agility improves over a number of sessions. The results you get depend on how hard you push yourself.

I’m pregnant. Can I still do LES MILLS TONE?

Safety is our number one priority, so we recommend talking with your doctor or midwife who will advise you appropriately . Chat to your class instructor beforehand to let them know.
